Refund Policy
We want you to know before you pay what happens if plans change. This policy applies to every project we quote. It works together with your written proposal and our Terms of Service. If the proposal says something different for your project, the proposal applies.
1. Deposit
- Most projects require a 50% deposit before work starts. The deposit reserves our time and pays for the start of your project.
- If you cancel in writing within 3 days of paying and we have not yet started work, we refund the deposit in full.
- Once we have started work, the deposit is not refundable, except as described in section 2.
2. If you cancel after work has started
You pay for the work completed up to the day you cancel, based on the agreed price and the stages finished. If the deposit you paid is more than the value of that work, we refund the difference. If it is less, we send an invoice for the balance, and we deliver the work done so far once it is paid.
3. Final payment
The remaining balance is due when you approve the final version and before we publish it or transfer the files. Final payments are not refundable once the project has been delivered and approved, except as described in section 4.
4. If we do not deliver what we agreed
If the delivered work does not match the scope in the written proposal, tell us in writing within 30 days of delivery. We will fix it at no cost. If we cannot fix it after reasonable attempts, we will refund the part of the fees that corresponds to the undelivered scope.
5. Service-specific rules
- Google Business Profile fix: the work starts with a review of your profile. After we deliver that review, the fee is not refundable. If we cannot complete the agreed fixes for reasons on our side, we refund the part that was not completed. We cannot guarantee that Google will approve changes or reinstate a suspended profile, and a decision by Google is not a reason for a refund.
- Mini brand identity: branding is subjective. Before we show you the first concepts, you can cancel under sections 1 and 2. After you receive the concepts, the work done is not refundable, and the agreed revision rounds are how you shape the result.
- Website or landing page: sections 1 to 4 apply. Changes in direction, new pages or new features after approval are quoted separately and are not a reason for a refund.
6. What we cannot refund
Domains, hosting, email, software subscriptions and other services bought from third parties are charged by those companies, and their own refund rules apply. We do not receive that money, so we cannot refund it.
7. How to ask for a refund
- Email hello@minkova.agency with your name, the project and the reason.
- We reply within 5 business days.
- If we approve a refund, we send it to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need extra time to show it.
8. Payment disputes
If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first. We will work with you to fix it quickly. You keep any rights you have with your bank or payment provider, and nothing in this policy limits rights that the law gives you and that cannot be waived.
