Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Minkova LLC ("Minkova", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit this website, ask for a proposal, or communicate with us by email, messaging apps or social media. It also explains the choices and rights you have.
1. Who is responsible for your information
The controller of your personal information is Minkova LLC, 1000 Brickell Ave, Ste 715-316, Miami, FL 33131, United States. You can reach us at hello@minkova.agency.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email address, the service you are interested in, and, only if you choose to provide them, your business name and a message.
- Emails and messages: whatever you send us by email, WhatsApp, Instagram or other channels, including your phone number or username if you contact us that way.
- Project information: if you become a client, business details, text, photos, logos, testimonials and access to accounts you choose to share with us, such as a Google Business Profile or a domain account.
- Payment information: payments are processed by payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal. We receive confirmation of payment and invoice details, not your full card number.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, health data or passwords. Please do not send them to us. For account access, use the platform's own sharing feature (for example, inviting us as a manager) instead of sending a password.
Information collected automatically
Our website host may keep technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Our website platform collects basic, aggregated visit statistics (such as pages viewed, browser type and approximate location) to help us understand how the site is used. We do not use advertising pixels or sell this information. See our Cookie Policy.
Information from public sources
When we contact a business first, we use contact details that the business has published itself, such as on its website, Google Business Profile or social media page. See section 7.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your request and prepare a written proposal. We rely on your consent and on taking steps you ask for before a contract.
- To deliver services, invoice you and give support. We rely on our contract with you.
- To contact businesses about our services, one to one and with an easy way to opt out. We rely on our legitimate interest in offering relevant services to businesses.
- To keep our website and business secure, prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting duties.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not make decisions about you using fully automated processes that have legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with providers that help us run the website and the business, and only as needed for that purpose:
- website hosting and publishing providers;
- email, form-handling and messaging providers: Formspree (form handling and email delivery);
- payment processors, when you pay an invoice;
- accountants and professional advisers, under confidentiality duties;
- authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or in a sale or reorganization of the business.
This website links to other services. If you choose to message us on WhatsApp or to visit a social media page, that service handles your information under its own terms and privacy policy.
5. Cookies and Do Not Track
We do not track you across websites or over time, so a "Do Not Track" signal from your browser does not change anything on this site. Details are in our Cookie Policy.
6. How long we keep it
- Inquiries that do not become a project: up to 24 months after our last contact, then we delete them.
- Client and billing records: for as long as the project lasts and for the period that tax, accounting and legal rules require.
- Opt-out requests: we keep your email address on a do-not-contact list so that we do not contact you again.
7. If we contacted you first
We may send a short, personal message to a business about a specific service we think is relevant, for example a website or Google Business Profile improvement. Our messages identify us, are not misleading, and include our mailing address and a simple way to stop receiving them.
- To opt out, reply "unsubscribe" or email hello@minkova.agency. We stop contacting you within 10 business days, and usually much sooner.
- We do not send marketing messages by WhatsApp or text message to people who have not asked us to.
- You can also ask us where we got your contact details and ask us to delete them.
8. Where your information is processed
Minkova is based in Miami, Florida, in the United States, and works with businesses in the United States. Our providers and the people who work with us may store or access information in the United States and in other countries. These countries may have data protection laws different from those where you live. We take reasonable steps to protect your information wherever it is processed.
9. Your rights and choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@minkova.agency. We answer within the legal time limits, and we do not charge for reasonable requests.
- United States: depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct and delete your personal information. We honor these requests for any person who makes them, and we do not sell or share personal information.
- European Economic Area and United Kingdom: if the law of your country applies, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to complain to your data protection authority. We do not target our services at people in these regions.
- Other countries: depending on where you live, local law may give you additional rights. We review every request in good faith and answer within the time the law requires.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, such as limiting who can access it and using reputable providers. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will change the date at the top, and if a change is significant we will tell you in a clear way on this website.
